Have you ever had to sell your parents’ house under a month? The stress of it all weighs on you. Reached out to Scott Sepkowicz, told him my timeline and what needed to get done. And he took off to the races. Helped find a new apartment to move into, scheduled over 30 showings in a week AND got an offer for over the selling price. In a week. It was relief time and time again, knowing he could be relied on through the process of selling and moving in such a small window. He was there every step of the way; answering all of our questions, asking what we wanted or anything we didn’t understand, and what our expectations were. We worked with Mitch after months of unsuccessful searching for a rental property in Philadelphia. Mitch was able to quickly locate several rentals that met and exceeded our expectations. We were two weeks from our deadline to find a new home and found ourselves in need of a new agent. One person was on our list. Ari Silverman. We met him at an open house earlier in our home search process. We remembered him because Ari is memorable—for all of the right reasons. He's warm, funny, informative, intuitive, and based on the listings he'd been sending since the open house, he understood us. "Of course, I remember you," Ari said when we reached out. And he did, quickly recalling our wish list before asking if we had any new concerns. Besides pandemic home buying in a fast-paced seller's market (!), we were hesitant about new construction because of ongoing issues in our city. That evening Ari sent listings, a top-to-bottom range of our price point, helping us narrow it down to maximize touring time. The following day we were off, twelve days before the deadline. We visited the home once more and submitted an offer that merged our desires and Ari's recommendations to secure the deal. We felt confident about it, and It was accepted later that evening. Scott Sepkowicz is such a fantastic real estate agent! Scott was very involved throughout the entire buying process and gave very detailed explanations to my questions. He even referred me to a lender that offered a lower interest rate and closing fees than my initial lender. We looked at a lot of houses and he was quick to schedule showings. Also, I was amazed at how many questions he asked the home inspector and seller on my behalf (most things I didn't even think to ask). It was almost as if like he was buying the home instead of me. We were SO pleased with Venture Philly and our home buying experience with Scott Sepkowicz. My husband and I were looking for a home that we would be able to possibly rent out if needed, and Scott was really great in understanding exactly what we needed and taking us through things that were within budget and really checked all the boxes. We really fell in love with one of those places, and that's when the real value of working with Scott showed. We've worked with other realtors before, and have always felt either somewhat in the dark or like there was always that pressure to settle in the negotiation process, and that was in no way the case with Scott. He really helped us through every part of the process, working with us to make sure we were getting the best deal and ensuring that everything was covered. In trying to figure out where to settle down, I think we've worked with about 5 or 6 realtors so far and have never felt so comfortable or in control of the situation as we did with Scott. It really was a breath of fresh air.

My boyfriend and I recently worked with Kyle in hopes of finding the perfect apartment in the Fishtown/No Libs area of Philadelphia. Kyle was truly so great to work with. I had never partnered with a realtor before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but having him handle the booking of all of our appointments, interface our questions with the property owners, and take care of the logistics for us made our search so much more manageable, especially around busy schedules. He stuck with us for over 4 months to help us find the perfect spot, and was responsive anytime we needed an urgent answer.
