What is your favorite Philadelphia neighborhood and why?

Graduate Hospital. I am completely biased because this is the neighborhood I grew up in. When I walk through the streets, I swear I can still smell the old chocolate factory that was on 21st & Washington. This neighborhood has gone through lots of changes over the years, and cute little restaurants and shops continue to pop up.

Why did you decide you wanted to get into the real estate business?

Having been both a buyer and seller in the real estate transaction, I know the feelings and questions that come up during this process. At that moment, I needed an agent who was on my team to help answer those questions and make this a smooth transaction but also to sit with me and have those difficult conversations and make me fully aware of what was going on. And that is the type of agent my clients can expect out of me. I want all my clients to walk away more knowledgeable, confident, and excited about their real estate choices.

If you were to buy an investment property in 2022 and plan on selling in 2027, which neighborhood would you target and why?

Brewerytown. This neighborhood is perfectly situated whether you work in the city or the burbs. It's close to all the great museums on the Parkway and also close to Kelly Drive and Fairmount Park. Girard Ave is currently being worked on and there are new shops and restaurants popping up.

Available Brewerytown Properties:

If you were entertaining an out of town guest who has never been to Philadelphia before, what restaurant would you take them to first?

It’s not a single restaurant, but I would definitely take them to Reading Terminal Market. It is a Philly staple! There are so many places to eat at and they really get a chance to sample whatever Philly food they want
- from a cheesesteak at Carmen's to scrapple at the Down Home Diner.

When you're not assisting clients with their real estate needs, what do you enjoy doing in your downtime?

When not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy photographing all my adventures. I have traveled to 60+ countries. I enjoy keeping up with the latest restaurants, shopping, events, and "only in Philly" attractions that make each neighborhood unique.

One piece of advice you would give a first time home buyer before starting the process?

Decide whether you are ready to buy a home. Sure, there is being financially ready to buy a house, but are
you emotionally ready? Even if it's going to be your starter home, you're making a big financial commitment and putting down some roots. Once you are ready, then assemble your team who you can put your trust
in for the process of buying and/or selling your home.
