Parking is available for rent in the basement level of each building, as well as laundry rooms and common gym areas. Other building amenities include storage lockers and rooms, a hospitality suite or guest apartment, community room available to rent out for private events, and a PhillyCarShare pod onsite at Society Hill Tower.

Interior Unit features include entire walls of floor-to-ceiling bay windows showcasing stunning Delaware River and city-scape views. Society Hill Towers’ condo fees cover snow, trash removal, central air and heat, electric, gas and water. Each unit has individually controlled A/C and Heat, and the building shifts from Heat to A/C seasonally. Units are available in studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options, with Penthouse units available as well.
